Charoensin Asset
has been established in 1993 starting from room for rent business.Our first project is Charoensinthani Bangpoo (Sam Huang Project) available for people with minimal income who work
at Bangpoo Industrial Estate and nearby factories. From the commitment to develop the business continously,
the company has now developed 17 projects and managed more than 33,000 rooms
for rent in Samutprakan, Chonburi, Chachoengsao, Samut Sakhon and Phuket.
Besidesour core business, room for rent, we also have real estate for sale consisting of commercial building,
town houses, and factory land. In addition, the company has further expanded into the new horizon of real estate business
such as 3-5 stars hotel and serviced apartment.

Future project
As the beautiful nature of beaches, marine resources, arts and culture, way of life, and the friendliness of people in Phuket have attracted both Thai and foreign tourists, the tourism industry in Phuket therefore has been growing rapidly. The government has also promoted the tourism as one of the main income of the country, thus the Phuket International Airport area is expanded in order to accommodate the visist of tourists.

Phuket is the destination for tourists from all over the world. It is one of the provinces that the Company has planned to invest in the residential development in many forms in the future.

Woncharoensin Foundation was founded in 29 July 2008. The aim of this foundation is to support education, and religion, vocational training for the unprivileged, and sports for the disabled. The foundation also cooperates with charities for public benefits such as hospitals, nursing homes, and orphanages. This is the mission of the president of Charoensin Group, to give Thailand benefits back for letting Charoensin Group prosper alongside Thai society.
