2 Positions of Head of Building Management
Responsibilities
- Perform the management in building management department to meet the goals set by the company.
- Earn revenue within the project in the amount that meet the goals.
- Supervise the work of personnel in the building management department to be efficient and effective.
- Perform the coordination work both within the organization and outside the organization to build a good relationship.
- Prepare an annual budget plan.
Qualifications
- Age 35 years or older with Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in building management.
- Have negotiation skills.
- Able to work in Chonburi Zone

IT Manager
Responsibilities
- Have knowledge on SAP system
- Have knowledge on Server Linux, Windows
- Have knowledge on Network, AWS, Cloud
- Supervise and manage IT Support Windows Client, MATV, CCTV
Qualifications
- Male or female
- Age 24-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, computer or related fields
- Able to drive a care
- Able to go to the sites in other provinces
- Manage time according to the specified time frame.
- Have responsibility, good interpersonal skills and be flexible in the assigned work.
